Return and Refund Policy

At Chair & Table Tips NZ, we want your experience to be stress-free. If your purchase isn't quite right, don't worry – our return and refund process is simple.

Returns:

  • You've got 30 days from receiving your item to ask for an exchange or refund.
  • Just make sure your items are unused and in their original condition. (Trying one or two items out is still fine for a return). 
  • Starting a return is easy: shoot us an email at chairtipsnz@gmail.com, and we'll walk you through it.
  • Once we get your return, we'll check the items and refund your original payment.

Quick Exchanges:

  • Need a different size or item? Just place a new order online.
  • Just drop us a note in your return delivery or email us at chairtipsnz@gmail.com to let us know about your new order.
  • Once we get your return, we'll refund your previous order.
